Ihs Property - A ****y Trap

Ihs looks like a very attractive space to live in. You are lured in by the 'one month rent free' specials, their modern apartment finishes, low cost rent & month-to-month lease agreements. Sounds great right? Little do you know you signing yourself up for an endless Rollercoaster of unhappiness & empty promises. Firstly, the electricity system they use is highly overpriced and the processes are super exhausting. I paid electricity & sanition costs worth R2200 In the month of July alone! Secondly, Chartwell has major water pipe issues where water gets turnt off bi-weekly, unlike other complex in the area Ihs makes no plan to bring us, their residents, water tanks or to simply communicate water cuts to us. I always have to find our about when the water will be back on platforms such as Twitter. Thirdly, the building I live in is made of very cheap material. I've lived there for a year and literally everything is falling apart now, simple things like the balcony door get stuck, the paint on the wall is chipped and the maintenance team doesn't respond to any call-outs. It's like talking to a wall!!! I was happy at Birchwood Village & never thought of moving till I can afford to buy a house but I've seen it all with this place and I AM GONE!!!
