IHS property

Do not move in any of they properties .I am at south gate ridge security village and these people don’t care about us ,we rent monthly but the service is **** .nothing ever gets fixed.I had my bathroom basin sink stopper suck and it wouldn’t open ,I reports this to Raymond the maintenance guy.(this was in May mind) and he did nothing about it until today ,I had to google how to fix this and I managed to fix it my self and to my ****ing surprise on my statement for September I saw they billed me for a brand new basin sink ,no one ver cane to have a look at the issue to even conclude that I needed a new sink but they are charging it to my statement .....the amounts that I don’t understand what they are for and when u call for an enquirer I get no assistance they just send you back and forth .

Also when I moved in all the kitchen cubists doors were lose and eventually one door fell off and it’s been three months that I reported this and they have not come to fix it AND they want to charger me for this even thou the inspection sheet confirms that the doors were loose when I moved in ....the electricity rates are insane to ,honestly they are the worst ,very unprofessional and they don’t care about the tenants
