IHS PROPERTY

Greetings.

I would like to expose IHS Property Management for false advertising, they trick people into believing first months rent is free then inform you to pay a deposit which you will get back when you vacate and when they have to send back your money they make up quotations stating you are now owing them but when asked to prove this with a proper checklist one consultant will transfer you to the next until you stop doing follow ups which is in turn a win for them, since you won't get your deposit. They sent me a quotation for damages that were already there when I moved in, funny enough the initial checklist signed when I moved in clearly states these damages but somehow now I have to pay for them.

All I would like to get is my deposit amount.
