IHS nonsense

IHS is a ****. First I was occupying an apartment in Theresa Park Estate when I moved out in March 2020 the building manager did not bother coming to do an inspection until I left. When I enquired about my deposit which took almost two months to he deposited I was charged things I know nothing about.

I later discovered that I mistakenly forgot my bags and I tried to recover them and failed. When I finally got them back few weeks ago two of them were missing and the building manager denied seeing them.

Unfortunately for me I moved to another complex and rented under them and I am experiencing a lot of nonsense. I only occupied the place for only two months and guess what I'm not getting back my deposit back plus I'm oweing for rediculous things that I don't know about. The painting of small stains costing money for three buckets of paint.

I am so infurieted and disgusted by IHS and their poorest service. This company is a ****. I have encountered numerous issues with IHS including rent being increased without my knowledge. This is a bs company.
