IHS is the Worst Property Management Company in the Country!!

The service received from the Credit Control department is appalling. I received an incorrect bill and they tried to debit more that what was agreed. When I queried this I was referred to an *********** staff member named Memory Skotha who could not be bothered with my query, she admitted she had seen my emails but only took action when I called their offices. She then requested my proof of payments which I sent to her but then called me back still clueless as to what was happening with the account, when I challenged her she cut the call!!! I called back only for her to give me attitude and tell me she would call me back. IHS Property Management is run like a fly by night organisation with air heads as employees!
