IHS is reaping people off money.

The municipality cut power supply at our complex 67 7 avenue for three days but funny enough I received electricity bill for those days which I did not consume. I am paying insane bills every month for electricity and there are no meter readings to refer to, your just being told how much to pay… I pay an average of R2000 every month for a family of two which is total madness…
