Ihs is a nightmare with deposit refund

This is the worsed service i have ever experianced, you will never get a straight answer is like they are told that whoever is moving out you must fustrate them to a point that they give up on their deposit. Johannes who i was refered to about my issue was even ignoring my calls. This is pathetic.
