IHS are croocks

IHS Property are ******, ive been a tenant for them since 2015 to 2018. The service is terrible, ive vacated a flat (Jabulani Ekhaya) Feb 2018 due to:

*Bad service * Wrong billing * Deposit refund * Now they want me to pay for maintenance that isn't broken/damaged. Before i vacate the flat was thoroughly cleaned but i have to pay for paint. WoW
