IHS and Refunds , they dont want to pay back

I have just had an experience with these Estate agents whereby they use your deposit to carry out the maintenance and repairs that they should be doing on their rentals - I rented at Jackalberry close Boksburg No photos were taken upon entry of the premises, yet on exit of the premises everything was photographed and all flaws that were there upon entry we were held responsible for. They have taken almost R4800 of my deposit to paint walls that were not in need of painting, a door hinge that was broken and reported when I moved in. Now I have been ****** of my depost refund by IHS properties please be on a look out.
