If I could rate this a 0 start I would. They are the most horrible property management company or rather let me say their property management,agents and securities are the worst. I stated in Cussonia Ventral in Midrand for a lil over 2 years. I should have realised when the agent was not doing her job, I had to chase after her the entire time but for it was because I had already served my notice and would be homeless if I didn’t chase her. There was no safety at all in the complex. Anyone could drive in anytime, nothing gets checked by security. Finally I moved out and they are ripping me off. Charging me almost R5000 to paint and replace light switches. They got a quotation that they didn’t send to me to approve or decline after they have fixed and painted the place
