Horrified tenant

I am horrified with the level of service I receive from IHS. I am a current resident at the Kingsbury complex in Bergbron. Prior to IHS taking over the property, Renico were the owners of our property. We have been experiencing ridiculous noise levels everyday due to a fellow tenant. This is a family of 13 that have no respect for any of the tenants. They scream, shout, use vulgar language at almost every moment of the day. I work shifts and can never rest enough before I go to work because of the noise. We have layed numourous complaints about these people however management has done nothing about it. We even called the IHS team to get valid contact details for emailing complaints and the incorrect details were provided. This vulgar women lives in unit 45 Kingsbury complex. We lived in peace prior to these individuals moving in. IHS kindly take tips from Renico as to how to manage your property before you loose all your clients.
