Horrific experience

Whatever you do, do not stay at IHSPM. The entire company has poor service. I recently rented an apartment with them at Jackalberry close (poorly maintained apartments), and I got stuck in my bedroom because they installed old door handles. I had to scream for help only to get assisted by my neighbour after 3hours. When the neighbour called the building manager (Francois) he didn’t answer his phone so she texted him only for him to text back that I must call the locksmith myself and at my own cost. I have never been so traumatised in my life. Whatever you do stay away from IHSPM!!
