Horrible service is an understatement!!!! IHS properties are the real deal when it comes to *****ing people's monies.

I feel like I'm being generous with the 1 star rating. DO NOT rent any property under IHS you will regret it. I'm telling you now, you WILL not get your deposit back regardless of the good state you left their property. They will do everything in their powers not to pay you back your deposit. I have left this company in God's hands, I have no strength to fight.
