Horrible Service

I stayed at Student Digz in 2017 and NSFAS paid the amount for the year and now I’m being told that I can’t get a place because I didn’t pay rent in 2017??? Now the agent won’t even get back to me and won’t even take my calls?! I need to start work on the 4th! Please can this be sorted out ASAP because your service sucks
