Horrible Management at Molware Estate

I want to share our horrible experience with Molware Estate management Samrand. It seems everyone here just chases sales and once the money is paid no one gives a damn about you as a client thereafter. We were promised that our unit would be ready for us to move in by the 31st of March as we informed the Clement agent that we would be moving from our old apartment on the 31st. When we got to the Molware Estate, Patrick (who's apparently the estate manager) tells us we cannot move in and he knows nothing of such an arrangement and therefore he's not getting involved. Told us as per lease agreement we are to move in April 1st at 9 a.m. Fine we booked ourselves into a bnb for the night and now we're back at the Molware Estate, it's now 10:38 and we're still waiting to get attended to. I'm highly disgusted with your management and my family and I will not be staying here for long. Very disappointed.
