Horrible living arrangements at the The Village security Estate

I have lived at The Village for more than 2 years . Our care taker is Bea Jack. I think this man has people he generally helps (I don’t know what the criteria is ) and some he does not like myself .

The wood work on the balcony is falling apart . This has been reported over 3 months ago yet nothing is happening and no feedback is provided to me . Now I have water in the kitchen coming out at a very low rate. This then prevents me from using my Washing machine.

Rent is going up and I meet my end of the deal by paying it . Water and sanitation and other services are going up and that is accounted for by myself . Yet I can not get basic assistance in staying here.

If there is anything IHS Is showing me is that they do not care about renters . They are pushing me out. This place is running empty and they are chasing away people that can still stay here with their Appalling service.

When I do move out the very same things they could not fix that are beyond my control will be charged from my deposit ?
