Flooded flat

I came back home to a flooded flat, I did log a request to have the rain gutter fixed before these heavy and nothing was done about it and now here I am being told people are in a Christmas party with a flooded apartment…I am trying to drain the water out but my biggest concern is that it’s still raining and what am I supposed to do, I have nowhere else to go I am not even from Gauteng. My stuff will get damaged and I am practically being treated like a dog here
