Finance department not doing their job .

Debit orders for April didn’t go thru because they are updating their system but they don’t inform us that they have a problem we must pay cash. Paid cash after receiving messages from TPN credit that rent for April didn’t go thru. I Send proof of payment, still they don’t update the payment for April instead they still send sms that rent is not paid further action will taken. I called their offices so many they keep on saying someone will get back to me & no one got back to me, they have been transferring me from one person to another telling to hold cause the person in charge is on another call, still when that person is done with another doesn’t get back to me.
