Enforcement of unjust regulations

We received an email on the 30th of April 2020 at night from IHS property management, enforcing their nonsensical self made regulation which was effected the next morning. I am absolutely disappointed with IHS property's abrupt decision to provide a few hours notice regarding their new rule that prohibits move ins and outs but expects full rental payment obligation to stand.

Their offices are closed, and they're therefore unreachable for enquiry regarding this inhuman act. The caretaker is adamant that he will abide by the instruction from higher office and leave people to wonder in the streets.

It was clearly stipulated by the government officials that the country will be moving to level 4 from 5. Therefore, 1/3 of people are expected to return to work on Monday. The government has permitted a day for people to move across provinces and provided sufficient notice period to allow preparation for implementation of this regulation.

Our own brothers and sisters, friends, and acquaintances who have been in isolation for the whole period of the lockdown in remote areas at home aiming at assisting the government to curb the spread of the virus require accommodation because they're to start and/or resume work on Monday and have long made prior arrangements with us but we only learn now that they're forbidden to move in with us.

This is completely unfair and certainly not an act of humanity.
