Don't even think of staying at Urban Ridge South in Midrand , the property management is full of ****

Don't even think bout staying there if you have another better option , They people who manage the property are very unprofessional , sometimes even ****** .

I've stayed there for over a year and so many experiences , This one time my oven was not working and I told them and when this white guy came to check it out , he was very ****** , telling me I must not waste his time etc , and I told him I pay rent , i have every right to report if my stove has a problem and he just stormed off .

Then then had the nerve to want to charge me for maintenance of that stove , telling me if i use the stove then i must maintain it , i told them over my dead body . the issue dragged for bout 4 month . because the billing team and maintenance are very *********** and useless.

The other time they were switching off water from 8 - 5PM claiming a pipe burst , the issue dragged on for 2 weeks , but over weekends the switch the water back on , when you complain , they dont even care they just say we are busy with the issue , i mean fixing a burst pipe for 2 weeks , how does that make sense , they just don't care coz its black people who stay there.

so save urself the trouble and don't got stay there , unless your stranded for a place.
