Don’t even stay there at your own risk

This property management is not even worth 1 star. I stayed at Kensington Place in Ferndale and it was one of the worst experiences of my life.

1. I hope they are paying the security a whole lot of money because he is the most difficult person I have ever encountered. Upon staying there, we didn’t have tags to enter the property. He made it so difficult for us to access the property and open the gate for us during that time on some “the rules don’t allow”. How were we supposed to access the property without tags and if he didn’t open for us? 2) speaking of the security, they don’t allow Ubers. Whether you are coming home late, that place is by the main road, you can easily get ****** there or coming back with a lot of groceries - you have to drop off by the gate mind you the surface is not level and did I mention it’s by the main road? The security claims that Uber is public transport lol 2) did I mention that the security is ridiculous? Even when you buy huge appliances the security will give you a tough time for the delivery vehicle to enter 3) that place is infested with ****roaches. We did fumigate the place at our own expense and nothing worked, no matter how often we fumigated. ****roaches of all sizes everywhere ! 4) they use protea metering which charges you about R14 per day for shared services which will be deducted from the money you use to buy electricity so end up paying around R2k for electricity per month and Protea metering is the worst when it comes to answering their phones and at service delivery 5) when you leave they charge you ridiculous amounts for damages that were already there upon occupation or for things that were not damaged at all so your deposit is not safe with them 6) Not kid friendly - kids have play area 7) No parking for visitors
