Don’t care about tenants complaints

Poor customer service. They never attended to any of my property repair reports and I’ve followed they’re instructions, reported it online and to my property manager and nothing has happened for over a year. The day I moved in my kitchen light wasn’t working … 1 year and 3 months later … just terrible and you can never get anyone who knows what’s happening. It’s just let me transfer you here and there and everywhere. I remember my roof was leaking once and I filed a complaint/ repair request under immediate help and no one EVER got back to me which is crazy considering the fact it’s a leaking roof ?. I wish I had a better explanation with them but I’m still waiting for that day :/
