don't rent at "URBAN RIDGE" in Midrand

<p>THE NIGHTMARE STARTED WHEN DEALING WITH IHS ... </p> <p>We rented a property at Urban Ridge in Midrand from IHS property management. We gave our notice as arranged with the property manager Pieter van der Westhuizen and site manager Nico. We vacated the premises end of December 2016 after doing the final inspection with Abie. Abie informed us the deposit will be paid in seven to ten days. Margaret Setlelo informed us on 9 January 2017 that the transfer will be the next day. Now there are hundreds of excuses if and when one gets hold of them. Margaret’s manager Kevin, does not even return our calls. We have sent emails and also no reply. THIS IS SOOOO BAD!!!!</p>
