***** Debit Order

After moving out of The Residence Estate in July 2021 and several back an forth of getting a deposit refund from them which took way longer than other agencies, I thought I was finally done with them. Today as I was on banking app I saw a debit order of R7500 scheduled for 3 May from IHS referenced as IHSRent, several months after moving from their property. This is so ***** and yet I'm not even surprised based on all the other reviews and what other tenants have shared about the agency. I've sent an email regarding this wrongful debit order but I'm not even holding my breath when it comes to getting a prompt response. The attitude is always so nonchalant and there's no urgency. The debit order scheduled was never authorized by me so everything is just so *****
