Do not move to a property managed by IHS

the management of their Urban Ridge West property is **********. Horrible management who have no clue what customer service is. I asked to install a DSTV decoder and I was asked not to install my own dish which is understandable. So when I tried to use their communal dish, there is no signal detected and this is checked by a multichoice accredited installer. I call the building management to come help and they take me from pillar to post. The accredited installer had to leave and I imagine there will be a call out fee charged to me even though there was no service rendered to me due poor management of the building from IHS.
