Hi all

I am begging you, no matter how enticing their prices and less-than-a-year lease agreements look, do not ever move in in any of the urban ridge properties.

All the reviews are true - they will find all ways to keep your deposit and even charge extra for dubious things. They are refusing to refund my deposit because the walls have scuff marks that were easily removed by a wet cloth. They claimed they had to repaint the walls, but the tenant who moved in after me told me they did not repaint. The Urban Ridge West manager is an ********* greedy woman and will be judged harshly - karma exists.
