Advance the manager of Bexley harasses and victimizes the tenants via WhatsApp after hours and sends his little squad of security guards to do it for him

He is always accusing people of breaking rules yet he can't even manage the complexes or assist with maintenance.

The drains stink so badly of sewage and the entire complex is full of mould which is so bad for your health if you looking to die stay at this complex!
