DISHONEST MONEY GRABBING ******

I moved in to Jabulani Ekhaya flats in March 2018. my geyser stopped working in July and i reported it and took them over 3 weeks to fix it and when they did fix it, i was presented with a bill, they i say i should pay for the repairs or they'll switch off my lights. i sent an e-mail querying this and i was told that i have to pay for it because someone signed for it, the repair guys made my 8 year old daughter sign which is obviously ******* because she's a minor. on the 31st of August 2018 i reported lost signal on my decoder and till today it hasn't been fixed but i'm expected to pay rent. i'm on a Dstv premium which is R809.00 monthly and if you divide that by 30 days, you have R26.96 daily multiply that by days that I've been without Dstv which is 13 days today, it adds up to R350.56 that i'm charged by Multichoice for a Dstv that i'm not watching because IHS wouldn't fix it or give me time frame as to when it's gonna be fixed so that i know to call Multichoice and have my services disconnected. yesterday 11 August i got a call from Kedibone (credit control) that i need to send proof that i have paid rent which i told her that i haven't paid rent because my signal is not fixed and that they have to resend a new statement because i'm not gonna pay for repairs and they need to re-imburse me for the Dstv that i have to pay with no signal. yesterday i got another call from the building manager that i should pay my rent cos my signal is not gonna be fixed until the rent is paid. if you dont pay rent, your lights get cut but they can just not fix anything and nothing happens to them. how is that fair or right. Adam Masotya the "THE MANAGER" hasn't responded to my e-mail after sending him proof that my daughter that signed a job card is minor. THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL ******, THEY'RE IN A BUSINESS OF ROBBING PEOPLE THEIRE HARD EARNED MONEY, THEY CANNOT BE SATISFIED WITH JUST CHARGING US RENT. I WAS WONDERING WHY SO MANY PEOPLE WERE MOVING OUT, NOW I UNDERSTAND. IF YOU'RE THINKING OF RENTING FROM IHS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. DONT, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE.
