Disgusting Service & Deposit

<p>My wife and I moved out of the apartment (Southgate Ridge Complex) in Naturena on 23 December 2016. All necessary insections where done by the caretaker on 28 December 2016 and everything was in order.</p> <p>The caretaker reffered us to the accounts department and we were told that our deposit will be paid in our account within 8 working days. To date 02 February 2016 we have not received our payment. We have send numerous e-mails and sms about our payments and nothing has been done.</p> <p> The persons responsible of the payments by the name of Margeret is never available when we call, and we always leave our contacts details and they never call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disguted with their terrible service and I would not recomment anyone to use IHS because they dont value their customers.</p> <p> </p>
