Disgruntled Tenant

Ihs has a property called "The Residence Estate" in Parklands North Milnerton. The building Manger is an *********** nightmare to deal with. We lived at the property for 2 years and had all sorts of problems, from plumbing to the door occasionally locking us out and he would never attend to it. The security system used is the poorest, on weekends when you have problems, they are rude and don't have access to the build manger in case of emergency.

On the 4th of December at 22h00 at night the door handle we had laid a complaint about locked us, the mechanism wasn't functioning and we reached out to Luke who responded to our text after not answering our calls by saying "Good day.

Please note you have contacted me outside of my working hours. Kindly text me your concerns". He is horrible with a capital H and most residents have issues with how he deals with Tenants. Tenants who pay rents, he treats us as if he's doing us a favour.

Upon is leaving we had to fetch our second car and the security under the name of Kempton Security, a very rude lady and man denied us entry to fetch the car, we eventually had to get police officials to escort us to access our car. The Residence Estate is a ratchet place to live in with no noise control, with an absent building Manger with an attitude.

I could write alot, but bottomline is they have zero people skills and a total disregard for people.
