Disappointed in tenet behavior

When driving pass it was so nice from outside. Staying here just over a year now and this place has lost its reputation. People living here have no respect for the rules even though they signed an agreement to up hole the status quo. Music, drinking, smoking gunja TILL 4 AM. This has become a youth hostel. For the amount of rent we paying it's not fair.
