Disappointed in IHS Property Management

I was so disappointed by the outcome of the inspection report that was completed when we moved out of Midrand Village in Clayville. The guy conducted the inspection in our presence but added things on the inspection report that were not suppose to be there. He didn't even compare with the entry report and still added things that were noted down on entry report. I just want to advice anyone moving in or out of IHS Properties to note down every little thing during entry inspection, even the smallest dot on wall as if you don't they will charge you when moving out. In the same note I would hereby like to thank Amanda Daniels from IHS Property for fighting for the disputes we put through and helping us to be credited on some of the things noted in the inspection report. At least through her help we got some money back even though we lost a lot due to unfair inspection. Thank you Amanda, you are the best and continue helping and assisting client where you can. You do things fairly, very patient and always willing to listen and assist where you can. Thank you
