Dirty Little manhattan

The little manhattan flats are new but hazardous to our health. Very dirty with coach roaches and flies everywhere. There is one dustbin per block of about 42 units, ******* is all over the floor and the service delivery is the worst. No one cares to assist the situation even the head office members are rude and vague over the phone. Tenants are not getting value for their money.
