Deposit was not refunded in full as promised by IHS Property Managment

Bad experience after being told I will receive my entire deposit by the maintenance guy that did my out inspection when moving out as everything was in good condition ... After waiting 14-21 days ( agreed upon) to receive my refund only to find that it’s R1300 less ...& when I called to confirm this they told me there were repairs that had to be done ...but when the out inspection was done everything was in perfect condition & I was told that I will get my entire deposit back ... Very dissapointed after all my payements were made on time each & every month ! If you have any plans or interests in living there good luck and forget about your deposit that you went out of your budget to get & made sure it gets paid in time when it was required ...nobody is going to go out of their way for you when you leave
