Deposit rip-off by IHS property management

<p>Actually I won’t advise any of my family and friends to rent apartments under IHS property management, after a horrible experience I got upon leaving the unit at Theresapark Estate. I put a month notice and paid the rent for that last month, exited the unit on the last day of the month after the inspection was done. I don’t know if the person doing the inspection and the one sitting at the IHS head office understand what they are doing, they put damages and claim missing things that are fails. There is a big confusion, i.e when someone wrote “No plugs in the bathroom” and the other one interpret it as missing plug in the bathroom, to me that is being foolish and pathetic. How many rented apartments have that luxury of having electrical plug in the bathroom?</p> <p>Rip-off rip-off is all it is with this Agencies, please watch out IHS property management </p>
