Deposit Refund is a **** - Little Manhattan Village (Unit 234, Block 16)

I served my notice in April 2019 and moved out May 31st to my knowledge I would have gotten my deposit back within 21 working days. I called in today and to my surprise my deposit was used for maintenance purposes which came to R4950. When Leonard inspected my unit on 31/05/2019 he mentioned that they will take money from my deposit for paint, as 3 walls had minor dirt and scratches and that it would not amount to more than R1000, to which I agreed. He left 3 cases open and said he will investigate and tell me the outcome which he did not. When I moved in Bongani did my inspection and the Curtain rail caps were missing, kitchen light was not working and 1 plate on the stove was cracked and I was told they will come fix it which they never did, Now I don't understand how I need to pay for those things with my deposit money.
