Deposit refund delays

First of all the refund period is longer than usual 14 to 21 days. After waiting so long I still have not received any feedback on my refund and the refund administrator never answers my calls and does not respond to emails. This is unacceptable. I want my money bac**** This company is quick to collect payments but takes long when they have to pay back our money.
