Deposit Refund

IHS Property Management probably the worst property urgent ever.

I stayed at The residence G12 Cape Town for over a year.

They are refusing to back my deposit refund and they are telling me that I owe paint for 10 000😭😭

Hi guys im warning you about IHs Property Management..

These guys did a fumigation on my apartment just a few days I moved in on apartment and the walls were dirty.

So, what happened is that the guys who came for fumigation and they left the walls dirty with unremovable stains. I did log this with Luke(Building Manager) severally with constant follow ups but we were never assisted. (See attached proof confirmation from Luke).

I have provided them with a list of evidence that I did address this issue with the building manager prior to my departure but we were never assisted. Based on these factors, I believe I am entitled to a full refund of my security deposit. It’s questionable and alarming how do IHS Property Management do things because i'm also a landlord myself and I have never experienced what you are doing to me.

I have read all Helopeters reviews complaining about the same thing, but the only difference is that now I have proof that the walls of my apartment were messed up by your contractors. (Fumigation Guys)

I would greatly appreciate it if you could expedite the refund process as soon as possible.

Please also note that this is my last follow up as I feel like i’m being pushed to involve lawyers on this issue.
