Deposit Refund

I moved out of my flat middle of Aug and I stayed there only for 4 months and I have been calling them asking about my deposit. I do not knw what the hold up is because during the inspection everything was fine no damage whatsoever and even if there was damage there is no need for the refund to take this long. The person who deals with refunds is apparently "ALWAYS'' busy or in meetings and never responds to my emails or calls. You guys are ***********.
