DEPOSIT REFUND

I vacated Candlewood Crescent end August and to date have not received my refund. They were refusing to pay refund, going against their own Clause 22.3. The last email I received from Candice Setton on the 4th October 2017 states: My apologies, due to the backlog I am having a lot of calls at the moment.

I have had a look at your account and see that there was a new tenant as you stated. It will go through to finance today so you can expect payment by Friday the latest.

Still, nothing. Now my calls are dropped or left hanging.
