Deposit not returned, no communication

I rented out a unit at Stone Arch, Village 7 unit 102, since February 2017. I paid deposit and fees for gate remote and keys. I left the unit in October 2017 after a positive inspection by Raymond. I was told to Candice will make contact with me to discuss reimbur*****t of my deposit. I have been trying to contact Candice on ********** 686 and have been staying on the line for over 10 minutes before deciding to hang up. I have left over 6 emails and none have been responded to. Please advise on how to get their attention.
