DEPOSIT NOT BEING PAID

<p>on december I put a notice that I will be moving out on january.so Onica introduce me to MARGARET thats where trouble started.she will be assisting me with the refund of my deposit.I email MARGARET with regards to the payment of my deposit.MARGARET kept on promising me that the payment will be made month end of february .the last email from her was on the 1st of March still promising me.I sent her an email she hasn't responded.MARGARET first of all it's my money I want it back u have been quite patient with the payment of my deposit.I'm also tired of your promises.according to the agrement payment should be made in 21 days now it's a month with couple days.I want my money back today or I will take this matter as this is very inconvenience for me.I'm also disappointed how ihs treats people </p>
