Deposit

In December 28th 2016 I went to tell the caretaker that I will be moving out in Jan 2016 , he said no problem I will come and inspect when you leave.My contract had expired in Oct 2015 then was not renewed . Finally on the 27th Jan 2016 I moved out and inspection was done and I asked the cater taker about my deposit and was told that the office will handle everything. When on followed up with them on the 12th of Jan was told that I was liable for the month of Feb since there was no notice. POINT 1 when they recieved my inspection for why wasn't I told or asked about letter to vacate?Point 2 what is the caretaker doing there if not conveying the message of what's happening in the building lastly the reason I decided not to leave the any more was that my car was bumped into during the night but the securities don't hear anything and the office failed to even get back to me Regarding THE Car Matter,.The matter this Liesl lady responded wasn't nice told me that she has many emails and doesn't have time to respond to all the emails I send.Basically after playing insurance for my car I loose MyDeposit , I dnt deserve such treatment.
