Delayed refund

<p>waiting for close to a month for a deposit that I have not received since moving out on the 27th of April. Yoh will call, email and even go to their offices and you told nonsense stories. Everyone seems to be on a go slow as they do not care. A day before moving out they sent an arrears account of R2850 apparently rent increased which there was no notice received even though I courteously called them in January to let them know i will be moving out in April I asked what do I have to take note and then made no mention of the increase. So what the hell are they talking about. They are nonsense people even my experience of living there was horrible they are not considerate and would not recommend anyone to live there or use their property management business. </p>
