De Velde Rental - Terrible Service

<p>I have been staying in De Velde which is managed by IHS Properties for 4 weeks and within the 1st day of moving in there has been problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. The apartment was not cleaned and had ****roaches everywhere.</p> <p>2. Snag list provided to the estate agent Milla Moonsamy. Each time I was told that their workers would come through to fix the issues on the snag list they did not come on the 3rd time they came to fix the lights and nothing else.</p> <p> </p> <p>The majority of the issues have not been resolved and all I am being told is that these things take time, 4 weeks is a reasonable amount of time to fix the issues. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend that anyone that plans to stay in De Velde not to rent via IHS as they do not provide any kind of service in reality.</p>
