Day light ******* from my deposit

I was renting a flat for 3yrs with this company nevet missed a rental payment , kept the place in good condition , when I left they ****** me with my deposit of R6500 , they gave me back 1600 .They said they had to paint the flat. Where do you paint a flat of 2 bedrooms for R5000 . This is day light ******* . I am very hurt and dissapointed from what they did to me after so many years renting from them .The place is still in good condition nothing has broken everything is still working. I need help
