These ********* are using people to maintain their properties, I have never ever in my life experience such crime. I occupied the unit only for 9 months in Urban Ridge East, I moved in February 2021 and moved out October 2021. When I evacuated the unit I personally had to hire cleaners that even washed the walls in case they had a tenant that urgently needed to move in but I was surprise when receive a bill of R 5,300.35 with the list of items below that they need to fix. I asked that they send me a detailed signed checklist before we moved in to the unit, they failed to do that, no one responded to my email with what I requested. I sent the email to ***, ***, ***, Martha Kunene ***, Zoey Forbay *** and Yonela Mapukata ***
