If there is one property management who are just plam ********* it's IHS. If you should ever move to a complex make sure IHS is not I'm charge of it.

I just moved out of a complex where multiple people have moved out simple because of how little IHS care about tenants and how much they charge.

A window of mine was thrown in a broken by someone in the street and I wasn't even home when it occurred they are trying to charge me over R1000 that has nothing to even do with me. I'm fact it's occurred to other people in the same complex and the same they expect the same from them.

They increase rent like crazy and they are simple ridiculous. If you attempt to contact them they don't respond and ignore you, so the service is pathetic.

Trust me, if you should even see the name IHS linked to a complex or anything at all, don't even look any further. Just ignore and spread the word of how bad they are.
