Credit Control Staff Rude and Demeaning

If you foresee that in future, you might 'default' with rent. Even if its by R10, DO NOT STAY HERE. Their credit control staff is inhumane and will speak in a manner that is degrading. It was first concerning for me and then I visited all their LinkedIn pages and discovered that except for Grade 12, they have no form of tertiary education and/or training. Hence they address tenants the way they do should they short pay their rent. See the reviews here and believe them, they do not give a damn about your good track record, no matter how long it was. If their rent is missing, even by R10 they will threaten summons and to cancel the lease. Visit all their LinkedIn pages, you will forgive them once you understand that most of them, except for working for IHS have received no training anywhere else. Who wouldn't be rude having worked at one place for 7 years.
