Ceiling leakages

I am quite disappointed with Southgate Ridge, before I moved into my unit, I was told that the unit would be ready and that the leak in one room would be fixed, on the day I moved in, the leak is still not fixed and now has gotten worse water is leaking through the roof. This has been happening for over a month and the response I get from them is it’s waiting for insurance to sort it out, how about they stop the debit order from going off until they sort the mess out. I am sure they won’t be happy about that, I just hope that the big bosses see this, your company will one day fall due to the people you employ and foul practice being exercised.
